Return Policy/ Exchange Policy
Our returns policy is simple. Within 10 days of receipt of your order, you may return any unused item in its original packaging for a refund. Used items, and any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts cannot be returned and will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense.

Items returned will have 20% re-stocking fee and the remaining balance will be refunded back in the same manner that the payment is made.

All CUSTOM ORDERS are NOT Returnable nor Refundable. No exception. Once the customization has begun, the order cannot be changed or cancelled
Defective items can be exchanged for the identical item only, a refund cannot be issued. In the event that the defective item has been discontinued the current version of that item will be substituted
Some manufacturers require that their items be returned directly to them, please call us for details.

Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from bqsports.com.

Any order cannot be returned without first receiving a return authorization number from our customer service department. Call 718-349-3528 or email info@bqsports.com.

Refused orders: If you refuse an order only the price of the item or items on that order will be refunded. You will still be responsible for the shipping charges associated with that order
